It is muggy and humid this morning an it isn’t even 7:00 yet!! Sometimes the heat just ruins my hunger so I decided to go with a smoothie this morning.
I made a huge smoothie this morning because if I’m going to be drinking my breakfast it needs to be satisfying.
So what was in my smoothie?
•About 8 ice cubes ( I like it really icy!)
•1 TBS of cocoa powder. I read in an article that it gives great flavor and 1 TBS has 1 g of fiber and only 15 calories! I can’t believe I never thought of that! Chocolate and healthy? Yes please.
•1 small banana
•handful of blueberries
•1/2 cup of milk
•1 cup of spinach. Yes, spinach. It is completely masked by the other ingredients and tastes delicious while you get nutrients.
Topped with a few chocolate chips for some surprise crunch
