This recipe is a great quick salad or side dish. You can easily alter it by adding any ingredients that tickle your fancy
I have tried to add ingredients that are healthy and lower in calories.
You will need:
3/4 cup of cabbage or a slaw blend. You can find these pre made at the grocery store like I did or cut up your own.
3/4 cup of broccoli finely chopped.
Here is the slaw and broccoli already prepped:
2 tablespoons of walnuts chopped and a sprinkle of pine nuts.
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar.
Combine all ingredients together:
If you are making this dish as a salad, it is enough for one person. If you are making it as a side dish it could serve several people
