Yesterday I spent time with one of my best friends, Kay. Not only is Kay fun but so is her name. It allows me to make witty post titles galore!

We went to my favorite, Gia Nina‘s. They have really great lunch specials but they are only until 2:00 and we just missed the boat by a few minutes. I always have such a hard time deciding because there are so many good things to get!

So cute and cozy in there :)

In lieu of me not being able to make a decision I had a little bit of everything.

Typical glass of unsweetened tea for me and stuffed pepper soup. It was a tomato based broth with green peppers, rice and ground beef. Definitely tasted like a stuffed pepper. I just wished they served a smaller bowl because it was a lot!

House side salad with their balsamic dressing. One of my favorite salads!

Andddd I had a slice of pizza!

You could say that I went all out for lunch! I told you, I just love their food so much and there are too many decisions to be made.

Good thing I went for a run earlier in the day :)

Kay and I then did some damage shopping. She was getting some things for her apartment, both decorative and some necessities.

Like… a hammer! Yes, Kay purchased her first hammer. It was hysterical trying to pick one out and findind where the nails were…forget it! She wound up purchasing a whole set of pink tools, nice. Haha I hope I really never have to purchase any kind of tools. But if I do, I’ll call Kay up for some assistance.

Oh, I also wanted to share my hair, where I rocked Heather‘s braided headband.
