Blueberry Peach Crumble

This is not a low cal dessert! But delicious nonetheless.

It is best to make when peaches and blueberries are in season, but now that everything is grown all year round you could do it anytime you please.

Let’s get started!

You will need:

• 4-6 peaches

•1 small container of blueberries

1 tsp of lemon juice. 1 tsp of lemon zest.

A little less than 1/4 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of sugar.

Now mix the lemon juice, zest, peaches, flour and sugar together!

Hold off on the blueberries until you get all of this mixed and the peaches are coated. Blueberries are just delicate and can’t handle the mixing like peaches can!

In go the blueberries.

Throw them all into an oven safe dish.

Next up is the topping!

•1/3 cup of sugar

•1/4 cup brown sugar lightly packed

•1 cup of flour

•1 tsp salt

•1 tsp cinnamon

•1…stick! of butter

Now mix those ingredients up in a mixer until it looks like crumbs.

Then sprinkle the mixture onto your fruit!

Looking tasty already.

Before

Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes or until fruit is bubbling and topping is getting crispy.
