Your GREAT Grandma always made a Pumpkin Soup in the fall that I loved.It was made with the light colored pumpkin called “milk pumpkin” and had chicken broth and light cream in it. I still make it but my husband isnt a fan of pumpkin so its not very often.I can send Grams recipe (GREAT) Grams if you want to try it
