Peach Bread Pudding

•3 cups of bread. The recipe called for 3 cups of day-old french bread but I just used white bread and toasted it for a short cut.

•2-3 peaches

•3/4 cup 1% milk

•2 TBS sugar

•1 large egg

•1 TBS cinnamon

•Here is where you get creative! The recipe called for raisins and granola so I just added blueberry museli. You could do any combo of raisins, blueberries, crasins, granola, cereal…you name it!

1.) Spray a baking dish. I used a bread pan.

2.) Combine bread, peaches and your granola/fruit combo.

3.)In a separate bowl mix together the milk, sugar, egg, and cinnamon. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Put in your baking dish.

4.)Refrigerate overnight, covered.

5.)Bake at 350°, uncovered for about a half hour.

6.) Serve with syrup or cool whip!
