Is Allie your real name? Allison is my full name but the only one that still calls me that is my Dad on occasion. Everyone else calls me Allie.
How old are you? I am 23. My birthday is in March so I am a Pisces.

Where do you live? I live in New Jersey.
Where did you go to college? I went to Philadelphia University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Industry Management
What are your career goals? I’d love to get involved in the food industry in any way possible. I am currently a server and am debating on whether I should go back to school for something food related.
Do you have any siblings? I have a sister, Carrie and a brother, Andrew.
Why did you want to start a blog? I have been reading other food blogs for awhile and thought it looked fun! I wanted to have one of my own and here I am :)
Do you have any pets? Yes, her name is Sandy!
She is a cockapoo, which is a cockerspaniel/poodle mix. She is 3.
Do you have a boyfriend? Yes, his name is Jay. We have been together for 4 years. He is 25 and is a financial adviser.
What is your favorite food? So hard for me to say but I think it would have to be eggplant. I love that you can do so many different things with it! Grill it, fry it, put it in salads, I could go on! I love eggplant parmesan especially!
What is your favorite drink? I love iced tea and flavored iced teas the best. My favorite way to drink it is without any sugar and just let the natural flavor of the tea shine through!
I totally struggle with eggplant. You should put up some recipes! I didn’t see any on your recipe page. :)

I cooked eggplant for the first time today :P I just roasted it and put it in a sandwich, it was sooooo good! I have to eat it more often :) And your dog is super cute by the way!
